Leading Together is the Weatherspoon Art Museum’s strategic plan, guiding its curatorial and institutional work toward a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive future as a museum on the campus of a minority-serving institution. The objective was to translate that intent into an accessible, visually engaging document that communicates clearly across diverse audiences. I designed a high-contrast, easy-to-navigate layout supported by museum artwork to enhance clarity and engagement. The resulting publication provides transparent insight into the museum’s direction while reinforcing its mission.
